Exceptionally Crafted Custom Doors & Millwork

Custom Toy Boxes

Every so often, we get called for a job that helps a worthwhile institution. A project for a charter school for under-resourced children in Columbus was one such project.

We’ve been working with the project manager for many years. He needed some custom millwork work done for the activity room in the school. Much of the project was being funded by private donor money and needed built to an architect’s specifications. He needed assurance the workmanship would be of the highest caliber, so he called us.

Rockwood coordinated and built several rolling toy boxes with casters and dovetail construction. We also built several risers so children could sit during special events and activities. The most interesting part of the design was the opening in the risers. The hollow space housed two rolling toy boxes, which gave the activity room extra floor space.
