What You’ll Do

Machine and assemble fine wood doors to meet tight tolerances
Read and interpret shop drawings and bills of materials
Use precision measuring tools like calipers and tape measures to ensure accuracy
Contribute to a clean, efficient, and collaborative shop environment
Flex into other work assignments as needed

What We’re Looking For

Comfortable with math, measurements, and reading technical drawings
Detail-oriented and observant—you catch things before they become problems
Able to manage time well and stay focused through changing tasks
Prior experience in woodworking, machining, or manufacturing is a plus, but not required
A positive outlook and a team-first mindset

Pay: $21–$25/hour
Hours: 40–45 per week
Schedule: 8-hour day shift, Monday–Friday (no weekends)
