What You’ll Do

Set up and operate CNC routers to machine custom wood doors and frames.
Read and interpret shop drawings, work orders, and hardware templates.
Machine parts with precision to ensure proper fit and function of hardware.
Use precision measuring tools (like calipers and tape measures) to verify tolerances.
Identify and help prevent potential issues — we look out for each other here.
Keep your work area organized, clean, and safe.
Learn a variety of wood species and hardware components as you grow.

What We’re Looking For

Positive attitude and willingness to learn from mistakes.
Strong interest in learning to operate CNC machinery.
Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Comfort with math, measurements, and reading technical drawings.
Ability to manage time well and work independently or on a team.
Prior experience in woodworking, manufacturing, or machining is a plus, but not required.
