As part of an addition to a prominent historic residence, a builder turned to Rockwood to create 20 custom doors that would enhance the existing character of the home. The project presented several unique challenges that made it a perfect fit for the level of quality, craftsmanship and customization we provide.
We visited the job site and documented the details of the original doors. With photos, measurements and a clear understanding of the space, our craftsman began construction on a number of design variations. The results ranged from exterior gates with elegant scrollwork to rounded doors that blend seamlessly into curved walls.
