At Rockwood Door, our CNC team uses skill and technology to add the fine details that make our custom doors, well, custom. If you like working with both your head and your hands, enjoy solving problems and learning new tools and techniques, we’d love to have you on the team. Eric serves as the People & Culture Lead, overseeing hiring and helping shape a workplace culture where people can do their best work. He is passionate about building strong teams, developing talent, and creating systems that support both individual growth and organizational success.
He brings a people-first approach to hiring, believing that culture, clarity, and mutual fit matter just as much as skills and experience. Eric values honest conversations, thoughtful leadership, and a hiring process that feels personal, respectful, and transparent.
Outside of work, Eric enjoys spending time with his family and getting out on the golf course. He also stays actively involved in his community, experiences that shape his relational, people-centered approach to leadership.
