What You’ll Do

Process raw lumber into door parts ready for machining and assembly.
Build and assemble custom doors and millwork from premium hardwood materials.
Read (or learn to read) shop drawings and use precision tools (like calipers and tape measures).
Work closely with teammates to ensure quality and accuracy in every step.
Contribute ideas and craftsmanship to one-of-a-kind custom projects.
Keep your workspace organized and safe.
Cross-train in building and assembling custom doors and millwork from premium hardwood materials.

Experience or interest in woodworking, construction, or manufacturing.
Eagerness to be flexible, learn new skills, and develop techniques.
Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team.
